We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

In this position you will collaborate with employees and managers at all levels and provide great service to help the company grow and achieve its business goals. 

You will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment processes and solutions by working on cross org processes with emphasis on recruitment and Admin.

What you will do:

‍

• Responsible for leading full cycle recruiting from sourcing, through coordinating professional interviews and phone interviews and overseeing entire process
• Creatively recruit top-notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while executing a superb candidate experience
• Work closely and collaboratively with hiring managers and other partners on process improvements, events, employer branding, and various other initiatives
• Operate social activities such as company Happy Hours, special holidays, events etc.
• Responsible for office maintenance, logistics and supplies (kitchen, IT, equipment)

Who you are:

‍

• 1+ years of Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition experience including sourcing/ interviewing, especially of Tech positions
• Experience in high-tech organizations– Advantages  
• Strong interpersonal skills, well organized with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-management skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• English – proficient in writing and speaking
