What you will do

  • Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions in relevant territories
  • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
  • Preparing the monthly and annually closing process of financial results (internal and external) including all set of reports
  • Coordinating and managing activities of external auditors and bookkeeping
  • Providing management with information crucial to the decision-making process, including board meetings, investor requirements, etc
  • Managing and monitoring (budget vs actual) the budget process on a monthly basis
  • Assessing current accounting operations (accounting and internal control systems), offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Assist with salaries, tax matters, transfer pricing studies and annual tax filings
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed
  • Developing and monitoring business performance metrics and crucial KPIs
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
  • Supervise the intercompany reconciliation balances and transactions.
  • Hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting staff including the subsidiaries finance team HC plan
  • Work with subsidiaries teams, provide support and guidelines to the local finance team and conduct the annual external audit.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the group financial forecasts

Who you are

  • Experience from big 4
  • Experience of 2 years from Hi-tech/Fin-tech, Credit and payments companies - Must
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience after internship from Big 4 or as assistant controller.
  • Degree in Accounting and CPA license.
  • Knowledge of IFRS.
  • Knowledge in consolidation reports and business combinations.
  • Experience with ITA and VAT tax filings
  • Analytical, high motivated
  • Excellent English skills
  • Understanding of both financial and operational controls
  • Able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
